Not Your Girlfriend (Dressing Up The Truth)

About this song

The truth always has two sides. “Not Your Girlfriend (Dressing Up The Truth)” is the response to “My Girlfriend (Unfiltered)” by AI artist Tom B-Lyve, and flips the script on obsession and perception. Zeeyah’s reply song is setting the story straight and is dripping with swagger, indie-neo-soul finesse, and blues-pop grit. Built on tight rhythmic grooves, smoky brass swells, and slinky basslines, the track moves like a Silk Sonic-meets-Anderson .Paak jam—but with a modern indie edge and a cinematic sense of storytelling.

Fronted by Zeeyah, one of DGG Productions’ revolutionary AI artists, this isn’t just a song—it’s part of a new era where AI voices bring human song writing to life in bold new ways. Luke Carter (aka Sammi Dae) wrote, produced and sang every note with the same soul he carried for decades, but in an industry obsessed with image and youth, Carter has built performers who never age—digital artists designed to let timeless music shine through fresh faces and futuristic voices.

This track dives deep into perspective: a lyrical sparring match told from the woman’s side of a love triangle, questioning who’s really telling the truth. Combining smooth vocal melodies with rap-inflected phrasing and velvet harmonies, Zeeyah delivers a performance that feels human—but bends the limits of what’s possible.

AI Meets Emotion: “Not Your Girlfriend” introduces Zeeyah—a voice sculpted for soul, attitude, and depth—marking another milestone in DGG Productions’ AI artistry movement. Every lyric, every groove is a bridge between human experience and future-facing creativity.
