Transaction Terms

These Transaction Terms govern all purchases ("Transactions") of Products on www.dggproductions.com ("Site"). By ordering, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

“Products” include:

Physical Products: CDs, vinyl, merchandise (e.g. posters, apparel)
Digital Products: Audio downloads, ringtones, digital artwork, software

DGG Productions Ltd. may update product descriptions, limit availability, or offer promotions/coupons with separate terms.

2. Purchase Process

When placing an order you agree:

To provide accurate contact/payment details.
You're authorised to use the payment method.
To respect age limits (e.g., explicit content).
Not to exceed purchase limits or use freight forwarding services. DGG Privacy Policy

DGG Productions Ltd may refuse or cancel orders due to:

Payment failure, stock shortages, pricing errors, restricted addresses, terms violations, or suspected commercial intent. DGG Privacy Policy

3. Order Acceptance

Physical Products: Contract forms upon dispatch confirmation
Digital Products: Contract forms upon email confirmation and download availability.

If an order is cancelled, you won't be charged or will receive a full refund. DGG Privacy Policy

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices, inclusive of UK VAT where applicable, may change at any time.
Payment is taken at order confirmation.
You're responsible for mobile/network charges, plus any duties/taxes.
If a product was underpriced, we'll honor the lower price; if overpriced, we'll contact you before accepting. DGG Privacy Policy

5. Delivery

Digital Products: Available for download after payment.
Physical Products: Dispatched per availability, including pre-orders.
A delay notice allows you to cancel and receive a full refund; return of received items may be required at our cost. DGG Privacy Policy
Ownership transfers upon delivery and full payment.
An incorrect address entered by you may delay delivery; we may cancel if we can't reach you.

6. Right to Cancel (UK & EU Consumers)

You may cancel within 14 days from delivery (physical) or contract formation (digital), except:

No refund for digital products once download begins if you consent to early access.

To cancel, email us at info@dggproductions.com or use the cancellation form.

7. Goodwill Returns

If you're outside the 14-day window or a non-EU consumer, you may still return physical products within 30 days if they're in returnable condition. You cover return shipping.

Excluded items: damaged goods, hygiene-sealed items, periodicals, or sealed audio/software.

8. Digital Product Refunds

Digital products are generally non-refundable, unless faulty or defective under UK/EU law. Pre-orders may be cancelled before release. DGG Privacy Policy

9. Defective Products

You have statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
If a defect appears, contact us at info@dggproductions.com.
You may be asked to return items (at our cost) for repair, replacement, or refund. DGG Privacy Policy

10. Limitation of Liability

We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Other limits:

We’re not liable for device incompatibility, mobile signal issues, or mailbox overflow.
We’re not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. DGG Privacy Policy
Liability for damaged devices from faulty Digital Products (UK only) may be capped at £500.

11. Usage Restrictions

Products are for your personal, non-commercial use only.
All IP rights remain with DGG Productions Ltd and its licensors.
Digital products are licensed, not sold—they are non-transferable and non-resalable, and you must not reverse-engineer or upload them. DGG Privacy Policy

12. Compatibility

You’re responsible for necessary hardware/software (e.g., audio players, downloads). Specifications may change post-purchase without affecting existing rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms, but they only apply to future transactions unless legally required. privacy.wmg.com

14. Miscellaneous

These terms don't create partnerships, etc.
If a part is unenforceable, the rest stays valid.
You may not transfer your rights without our consent.
No waiver of rights for delays or leniency.
We may assign our rights; we’ll notify you if material.
Notices may be via email or website.
